The practice exam questions are solely intended to assist you in navigating through the licensing material and to test the various concepts highlighted in the material. BEC makes no express or implied representations, warranties, guarantees, or promises that the practice exam questions provided in this website reflect the topics that may be tested on the Barrister and Solicitor Ontario Bar Exam licensing examinations.

Further, BEC does not, expressly or implicitly, represent, warrant, guarantee, or promise the accuracy of the practice exam questions available on this website. BEC will not be held liable for any inaccuracies in the practice questions available on this website. Any information you may receive on this website, including information provided in the practice questions or during tutoring, should not be relied upon without further independent confirmation. BEC and its tutors will not be liable for any causes of action of any nature arising from the use of the practice questions available on this website or the use of any other service provided on this website or by BEC.

Access to any practice questions purchased on the website will only be provided for a period of 11 months from the date of purchase. 

No express or implicit success guarantee or any other representations, warranties or guarantees are provided by BEC with respect to the tutoring services that are provided. If at least 24 hours notice is not provided prior to cancellation of a tutoring session, BEC and its tutors retain the right to charge a cancellation fee equivalent to the total fee for the scheduled session. A session will be considered cancelled if (i) a student expresses so in writing to BEC or a BEC tutor or (ii) a student is more than 10 minutes late for a scheduled session or (iii) any sessions remain outstanding after 12 months from the date of payment.

Payment: Payment for hourly sessions should be received by Bar Exam Crackers at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled session. If the time allotted to a session is not fully utilized, or is ended early, there will be no refund or credit for the unused portion of the session. All sessions must be completed within 12 months of the date of purchase and any remaining sessions after 12 months will be considered cancelled.

Summaries

The summaries sold on this website are solely intended to assist test takers in navigating through the licensing material. Bar Exam Crackers does not, expressly or implicitly, represent, warrant, guarantee, or promise the accuracy of the summary. Bar Exam Crackers will not be held liable for any inaccuracies in the summary.

No part of the summary sold on this website may be reproduced, distributed, or transmitted in any form or by any means, including photocopying, recording, or other electronic or mechanical methods, without the prior written permission of Bar Exam Crackers. The summaries sold on this website are intended for personal use only and are not permitted to be shared or distributed with any other individual (other than the purchaser). 

Download link for any summary purchased on the website will expire in 11 months from the date of purchase, if the link has not been used to download the summary. A download link can only be used 1 time in order to download the summary.
