Access to any practice questions purchased on the website will only be provided for a period of 11 months from the date of purchase.
No express or implicit success guarantee or any other representations, warranties or guarantees are provided by BEC with respect to the tutoring services that are provided. If at least 24 hours notice is not provided prior to cancellation of a tutoring session, BEC and its tutors retain the right to charge a cancellation fee equivalent to the total fee for the scheduled session. A session will be considered cancelled if (i) a student expresses so in writing to BEC or a BEC tutor or (ii) a student is more than 10 minutes late for a scheduled session or (iii) any sessions remain outstanding after 6 months from the date of payment.
Payment: Payment for hourly sessions should be received by Bar Exam Crackers at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled session. If the time allotted to a session is not fully utilized, or is ended early, there will be no refund or credit for the unused portion of the session. All sessions must be completed within 6 months of the date of purchase and any remaining sessions after 6 months will be considered cancelled.
